Can I request a quotation before deciding?
Yes. We can first carry out the free inspection so you understand the issue. If you then want a formal written quotation before deciding, the quotation fee is $100.

Yes. The roof inspection is free. If you request a formal written quotation, it costs $100.
How do I know which roofing service I need?
You do not need to diagnose it yourself. Tell us what you are seeing — for example a leak, cracked tile or deteriorated ridge — and we can guide you from there.
How long does a roof replacement take?
A roof replacement typically takes 1 to 3 days, depending on the roof size, weather conditions and materials used. Larger or more complex roofs may take longer.
Do you provide free estimates?
We do not provide free written estimates. The roof inspection is free. If you request a formal written estimate or quotation, a $100 fee applies.
Is my property protected during the job?
Yes. Your property is covered by public liability insurance up to $5 million if any accidental damage is caused by our roofing work.
Do you offer emergency roofing services?
We do not offer 24/7 emergency roofing services. Our normal hours are Monday to Saturday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. Sunday is reserved for emergency roofing enquiries only, including urgent roof leaks and storm damage.
